Labor Relations Coordinator:
Supervise and coordinates Human Resources related functions and duties associated at the professional level providing services to management and employees. The position may administer, implement, coordinate, and/or evaluate HR services, labor cases and programs. The HR functional areas may include: employee relations, labor relations, benefits, employees’ activities and general services.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
• Bachelor or Engineering, preferable.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work in the Human Resources Department
• medium command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work within electronic databases
• Strong computer skills to include Excel and Word
• Knowledge of the principles of change control system standards and regulations.
