Functions:

- Responsible of optimizing daily production KPI’s by evaluating and improving manufacturing process steps and procedures for product lines assigned.


-Utilized Lean/Six Sigma tools to perform analysis and to problem solve for performance issues


- Support new product introduction in coordination with Engineering, developing manufacturing processes by studying requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, applying DFMA / PFMEA methods.

- Accountable for the analysis and investigation of customer complaints, documenting and performing non-conformance, SCAR and CAPA investigation reports as required and developing corrective action plans.

- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.

- Assure product and process quality by designing and validating testing methods.

- Maintain manufacturing reports data base by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information trends for further presentation in Process Review Board.

- Responsible to develop, execute and complete validation processes required.

- Support capacity ramp up in product lines assigned.

- Support special projects such as OEM, ensuring to comply with regulations and customer needs, making sure that all documents/information required are in place and incorporated for regular production schedule.

- Generate and implement ideas in collaboration with design and manufacturing to improve efficiency, have cost reduction or improve service.
