Supports the sourcing and Recruitment team doing screening and evaluation of applicants to ensure they match the requirements for the open position, also helps with onsite candidate’s applications process and implements sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
Inform the candidate of the specifics of being an employee of Teleperformance, providing information such as:
- Quick overview of schedules, salary, job conditions and characteristics.
- Follow Telerecruitment approved script.
- Follow profile requirements when assessing candidates.
- Execute active selling of Teleperformance and vacant position.
- Update information on R&S system according to call results.
- Follow-up with candidates from recruitment database.
- Participate in the weekly performance one on one with Recruiting Coordinator.
Main Requirements
- Education: High School (or equivalent) degree minimum.
- Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus
- Full-time availability
- Experience within customer service industry
- Intermediate English Proficiency Level
- Excel basic proficiency
