Key Duties/Responsibilities:.

Develop a deep understanding of Channel opportunities 
(PITA and Shopper insights) that ensures faster KOS growth, 
gain more than fair share. ON & OFF Premise, by Sub channel, 
Shopping Missions, Occasions & NARTD Categories.
Collaborating with FU's & bottlers to accelerate category growth
 (volume & value), with foundation on Modern Trade thinking:

Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the value chain of both the 
customer and system in the implementation of value-added solutions
Maximize Consumer & Shopper insights to create compelling Strategies & Tactics (Executable LOS).

Command Shopper Marketing, ICE, RTM, RGM & Shopper Driven Category 
management as core drivers for growth
Assure world class System capabilities to attend modern trade requirements 
(from Category Management to RTM Solutions)
Create System alignment behind Modern Trade agenda, creating open lines of communication at all levels within FU's and Bottlers
Stewarding parameters to improve overall System & Customer profitability.
Applicants Qualifications
+5 years managing customer relationships within Fast moving consumer 
goods companies
Marketing and operations experience.
Strategic thinking, holistic view.
Results driven, excelling performance. Hunger and ambitions.
Strong negotiations skills. Strong influence.
Intimate Shopper knowledge.

Skillful managing data, transforming insights into action and 
making things happen. Proven listening skills, humble personality.
Ability to relate within all organization levels
High proficiency in English (TOEFL: +500 pts)
