Training: work on the annual training plan of the area and monitor its implementation, update the catalog of the area’s training courses, prepare follow-up reports of the in-class trainings and e-learnings, ensure management and support of the online training platform for the whole area, launch training satisfaction surveys and follow the results, organize regional training courses (integration, management, etc.), be the main contact for the HRD of the zone's subsidiaries for all questions related to training, be key user of the HRIS training system enabling to monitor training.

Piloting / monitoring HR campaigns: annual interviews, replacement plans, high potential, internal satisfaction surveys, capital increases. Prepare the job evaluation files.

HRIS: main contact of the HR teams of the area in the use of HRIS, assistance on all HRIS tools
Train HRDs on all the tools used in the Group
Monitoring of the workforce: perform and monitor the annual reporting campaign of the workforce in the area, follow the quarterly headcount campaign, make sure all the relevant information is correctly introduced in HR4U
Dashboard: prepare and elaborate reports and presentations of the area’s roadmap indicators
Recruitment: publication of headquarters offers and support to subsidiaries for publication on Careers,
follow-up of recruitment’s KPIs

Annual AME HR Seminar: organize and contribute to the animation of the seminar
Internal communication: help to animate the HR community of the area, identify and spread/share good practices.

Aptitudes y experiencia deseadasDesired Qualifications

Business School and HR specialization
Experience in headquarters & in tools and HR campaigns desired

Languages

French: mother tongue or bilingual
English & Spanish: good level written and spoken
