    HR Manager - Call Center Location: Santo Domingo Este

     Professional of Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.

     3 years of experience in a similar position in a call center environment (is a must). 

    Domain of all HR subsystems: recruiting and selection, hiring, payroll, benefits administration, training, policies and procedures management, organizational and culture developement and labor relations in a organization of +300 employees.

     Fluent in English.

     Immediate availability. 

    Current residence in Santo Domingo Este (preferable).
