Localidad: Santo Domingo DN, Rep. Dom.
Business Administration Professional, or related area.
3 years of experience in similar responsabilities, preferable in Call Centers.
In charge of training, assigning, coaching for the team of collections.
Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves collections objectives by contributing collections information and recommendations to
strategic plans and reviews.
Preparing and completing action plans.
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements and implementing change.
Full bilingual (ESP/EN) is a must.
