Temporary Contract
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the research, recommendation, and implementation of solutions (including those with a strategic focus) for the Caribbean Contact Centres. They are responsible for identifying and prioritizing process improvements that increase revenue, improve efficiency, reduce operational and financial risks, contain or reduce costs, and drive business goals (e.g. Reducing Customer Effort, First Call Resolution, Increasing Contact Centre Fulfillments, etc.).
The position requires a creative, driven individual, with the ability to simultaneously manage several initiatives of varying complexity, who is solutions-oriented, results-focused, and highly motivated in both the application of knowledge and execution of projects.
The incumbent must be open-minded, able to think outside the box, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and willing to champion the initiatives for the success of the business.
Requirements;
• Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, business administration or related fields.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Thorough knowledge of Caribbean Contact Centres functional areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of Project Management principles and skills
• Strong knowledge of process review methodologies and business process
• Previous experience with lean methodology, Six Sigma certification or PMP designation is
desirable
