Reports to:  Sales Manager - Distributor Markets Caribbean & Central Americas 

General Position Purpose/ Description:

The CP&A Coordinator will report to the Sales Manager and the purpose of the role is to provide support to the Marketing and Sales departments of Distributor Markets in the Caribbean & Central America by generating reporting and control tools as well as assisting in the planning & administration of resources of the commercial area.

As a commercial planner, this role will assist in the Sales & Operations forecasting process, the cycle planning and allocation of resources, budget control and administration to measure efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial activities, in compliance with allocated resources and JTI standards.. As analyst, this role will collect, analyze and monitor performance analytics from every layer of the value chain, including external information such as market dynamics to generate actionable insights to prioritize development opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Education:  University degree. Preferably in Marketing/Buiness Administration.

Experience:  Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing/Consumer Activation in FMCG industry, preferably in multinational company. Good understanding of Marketing and Sales processes in FMCG.

Languages:  Fluent Spanish and High English professional proficiency. French is a plus.

Other job requirements:  Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, report development and maintenance. Project Management and/or  SAP is a plus.
