IT Service Desk Analyst
· Requirement:
· Minimum high school diploma or computer science student
· Advanced English
· Dominican ID is a must
· 1 year of Experience in tech support (tech savvy)
· Knowledge and management of technological tools such as: MS suite and other skills
· Customer service experience preferred
· Open schedule is a must
· ▪Earn up to $200 P/H
· Perfect attendance bonus $1,500 DOP biweekly
· Paid training
· ▪Two 15 minutes break (paid)
· ▪Excellent work environment
· ▪Door to door transportation after 9PM (restrictions may apply)
