We are looking for a recruiter to join our HR Team. The Ksquare group is a tech company established in the DR as NAVIVO TECNOLOGIAS and we'll be recruiting for various IT positions. The desired candidate speaks English fluently, has previous recruiting experience and will help us with our recruitment needs.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis to attract candidates, interview and hire great collaborators, as well as proactively identify future hiring needs.

The recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

The Ksquare group is an international organization so, the candidate must posses great communication skills (both written and verbal).
