Asistente de presidencia


Saludos me encuentro en la búsqueda de una asistente de presidencia, con Dominio de inglés, SG para la zona de punta cana, con experiencia en el area turística.
Assist in scheduling and attend all meetings of the senior management team; assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and all-staff meetings. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
 
Basic Qualifications 
 
● Bachelor’s degree; 
● Five years of progressive professional experience supporting executives, international experience a plus; 
● Experience with travel arrangements and logistics management; 
● High level of professionalism and a strong ability to effectively work with people of diverse backgrounds; 
● Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to organize and present information to facilitate quick decision-making; 
● High level of proficiency in Google Suite (G-Mail, G-docs, G-Sheets, G-Slides), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Social Media web platforms, a plus if knowledge in Asana and Monday apps; 
● Event planning experience is not required but highly desired; 
● Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required to effectively perform the duties of the position; 
● Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
